![]() The description of Logitech's surround sound modes (in G-Hub) reads 'stereo content will use the selected Super Stereo Mode'. I tried turning off HX2E but that does not help with enabling DTS sound either. I'm now stuck with Logitech's version of surround sound/DTS Headphone:X (which the driver reports as 'Logitech HX2E Surround Sound Effect', see screenshot) and it sounds weird when listening to music. I had to revert to Logitech's drivers and no DTS Sound Unbound. This worked for a while, and it allowed me to use DTS Sound Unbound but eventually it did not output any sound anymore at all. Eventually I changed the drivers to the Windows generic drivers. I have tried different things, like setting the sampling rate to 44kHz (a tip found on the web) but no luck. ![]() Apparently, Logitech 'fixed' this by making it impossible to turn on DTS Headphone:X. The next time, I revisit the setting, it is set to off.Ī quick internet search showed that using DTS Sound Unbound app with Logitech headphones lead to a 'crackling' scratchy, broken sound. That is, I can select them, but it does not save the setting. I cannot enable any spatial sound mode in control panel. The app reports as licensed and it properly recognizes the G432, but it needs the spatial sound setting in control panel set to "DTS Headphone:X" obviously in order to work. ![]() I have a paid license from before I had the G432. I got the G432 yesterday and I immediately noticed that it does not work with the DTS Sound Unboud app. ![]()
